Regional Contacts
Utah
Queen Mab and I both live in Salt Lake City, and share Co Regional duties
for the state of Utah. We interact with people from the three major northern
cites Salt Lake City, Provo and Ogden, along with some folks who live in
the southern areas of the state. Utah has a very active, diverse and established
Burning Man community. We have an annual summer and winter burns, monthly
meetings and ongoing community involvement. Many group members do camp together
on the playa as well as in Utah all throughout the year. We cross pollinate
with the Las Vegas Regional burn community and have attended their excellent
Region Burn, Dark Skies. We have held burning man inspired campouts since
1998, and our first official Utah Regional Burn was in 2001 and attend by
Danger Ranger himself.

Recent Events:
We'll be holding our 10th Annual Utah Regional Burn - Element 11 - this May 30th - June 1st 2008. Element 11 takes place in the West Utah Desert about one hour outside of Salt Lake City. Take a look at our website for more info on Element 11 and future Utah regional events.
