Atlanta
Team Atlanta primarily serves the burning denizens of our lovely city,
but our generous southern hospitality finds us also reaching out
to help the greater Southeastern Burner community. Being so far away
from Burning Man, the Atlanta community has a lot of folks who are
burners to the core, but they skip that thing in the desert in favor
of more intimate regional events. In 2007, the Alchemy Festival was
created primarily by Atlantans so we could have a burn even closer
to home!

Recent Events:
Atlanta has many artists who have held successful
fundraisers to get their art to the playa or a regional event-
most recently a Fleeble Flobbler Flapjack Fiesta hosted by Charlie
Smith and Jaime Ladet. There are burners hosting events all the
time to showcase their art around the city. We also strive to
hold monthly meet and greets. You will find many Atlantan burners
in attendance at regional events such as Preheat, Flipside, Playa
Del Fuego, Transformus, Alchemy, and Afterburn. The best way
to hear about what this prolific community is up to is to get
on that there Announce List! We hope to see y'all real soon,
now!
